ICONEST 2025

International Conference on Emerging Trends in AI and Computational Technologies

Proceeding of ICONEST_2025

This volume contains the papers presented at the 3rd International Conference on Emerging Trends in AI and Computational Technologies (ICONEST), held at Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe (UNIROW) in Tuban, Indonesia, on November 18-19, 2025. Supporting UNIROW and Honorary Conference Chair: Prof. Dr. Alvaro Rocha, ISEG, University of Lisbon, Portugal. The conference has been attended by invited international professors from several countries. ICONEST 2024 aims to bring together a few exceptional researchers, engineers, and industry experts in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Technologies to exchange ideas and discuss their applications. The proceedings cover various aspects and were selected for presentation at the conference following a thorough peer-review process, resulting in a high-quality set of accepted papers. Discussed topics spanned the wide range of possibilities enabled by AI techniques, including both language-based models and generative intelligence, as well as advances in machine learning and robotics, the ethical implications of AI, and how to enable AI as a force for good in the world. In addition, it tackled the accelerating speed of AI, its advantages for humanity, and the associated potential threats, with abstract sessions on AI use in fields like medicine, entertainment, finance, and creative industries. Other topics of interest in ICONEST 2024 included AI for Climate Change and Biodiversity Conservation, AI in Sustainability and Environmental Impact and AI in Education and Smart City Planning. The emphasis was on promoting multidisciplinary cooperation and supporting dialogues that might accelerate a paradigm shift for more sustainable and ethical AI approaches. We hope this volume will greatly further engagement with ongoing work on artificial intelligence and provide a window into new state-of-the-art technologies and their transformative possibilities.
